The twin engine airplane departed Washington Regional Airport located 70 km west of Saint Louis, Missouri, at 1058LT, on a one-hour flight to Mosby. Following a left hand circuit, the pilot initiated the approach to runway 18 at Mosby-Midwest National Air Center Airport when the airplane crashed in an open field located about 1,5 km north of the airfield, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed by a post crash fire and both occupants were killed.

While landing at Kalispell-City Airport Runway 13, the single engine airplane stalled and impacted the ground. Out of control, it veered to the left and collided with parked airplanes, bursting into flames. All four occupants evacuated with various injuries and the airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire. A Swearingen SX-300 registered N350G was also destroyed by fire and two other airplanes, a Cessna 172 and a Cessna 525 CitationJet sustained damage. There were no other casualties.

The single engine airplane departed Buochs Airport Runway 24 at 0938LT on a private flight to Burg Feuerstein, Bavaria. On board were one passenger and one pilot. During climb out, it completed a right turn over Stansstad then entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed into the Lake of Lucerne off Kehrsiten, about 4 km north of Buochs Airport. Both occupants were rescued, the passenger (55) was injured while the pilot (78) escaped unhurt. Earlier in the morning, this airplane departed Buochs Airfield Runway 24 at 0821LT but for unknown reasons, returned eight minutes later to the airport. The pilot aborted the approach then landed on runway 06. The airplane remained parked on the apron for almost an hour before taking off again at 0938LT.

After takeoff, while in initial climb, the airplane initiated a left turn then started to descend until it crashed in the backyard of a private property located about 2 km northwest of the airfield. After takeoff, while climbing, the pilot was instructed for heading 180 when he reported controllability problems. Shortly later, the airplane showed erratic altitude, speed and heading data before crashing into the Pacific Ocean off Point Loma. Few debris were found floating on water and all six occupants were killed.

Few minutes after takeoff from Caracas-Maiquetía-Simón Bolívar Airport, while climbing to an altitude of 7,000 feet, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed into the sea off Caracas. In the afternoon of the next day, debris were found floating on water approximately 11 km north of the airport, at coordinates 10° 42' 14" N 66° 59' 00" W. On June 5, other debris were recovered at coordinates 10° 37' 00" N 66° 59' 15" W. The airplane was totally destroyed and all five occupants were killed.

The crew initiated a night approach to San Diego-Montgomery-Gibbs Airport Runway 28R in marginal weather conditions. On final, the airplane descended below the minimum descent altitude, collided with power lines and crashed at 3100 Salmon Street, Terriasanta, about 3 km short of runway 28R threshold, bursting into flames. The airplane as well as several vehicles on the ground were destroyed. Runway 28R is 1,000 metres long.
