Just after liftoff from runway 20 at San Cristóbal-Paramillo Airport, while in initial climb, the twin engine airplane rolled to the left, got almost inverted then crashed in a huge explosion nearby the runway. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire and both occupants were killed. The left engine was windmilling after rotation while the right engine was at almost full power.

While on an ambulance flight from Puerto Montt to Santiago, the crew encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. In the early morning, the twin engine airplane collided with a fence and crashed in a private garden located in Olivar, some 93 km south of Santiago-Arturo Merino Benitez Airport. All four occupants were evacuated with various injuries and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.

The single engine airplane departed Puerto Ayacucho Airport on a flight to Parima B, carrying eight citizens belonging to the Yanomami indigenous community and two pilots. Few minutes after takeoff, the crew encountered engine problems. The airplane lost height and crashed in a dense wooded area located 14 km east of Puerto Ayacucho Airport. Seven people were killed and three were rescued, among them the copilot.

Few minutes after takeoff from Caracas-Maiquetía-Simón Bolívar Airport, while climbing to an altitude of 7,000 feet, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed into the sea off Caracas. In the afternoon of the next day, debris were found floating on water approximately 11 km north of the airport, at coordinates 10° 42' 14" N 66° 59' 00" W. On June 5, other debris were recovered at coordinates 10° 37' 00" N 66° 59' 15" W. The airplane was totally destroyed and all five occupants were killed.

The twin engine airplane departed Santiago-Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez Airport at 1916LT on an ambulance flight to Arica. On board were one patient, three medics and two pilots. After departure, the airplane continued to the west then headed to the north and climbed to an altitude of 15,000 feet when the crew apparently encountered technical problems. About 13 minutes into the flight, the airplane impacted the slope of a mountain near Curacaví. The wreckage was spotted by the crew of a Chilean Air Force Black Hawk the following afternoon. The airplane was totally destroyed and all six occupants were killed.

The airplane departed La Carlota-General Francisco de Miranda Airport Runway 11 at 0809LT on a private flight, carrying three crew members. After takeoff, the crew initiated a right turn according to procedures and climbed to an altitude of 4,500 feet. Two minutes after liftoff, the airplane crashed in a hilly and wooded terrain located in El Volcán, about 8 km south of the airport. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and all three occupants were killed.
