While engaged in a crop spraying mission, the single engine airplane collided with a power line and crashed in a pond located in Zhelezinka, coming to rest upside down. A pilot was killed and a second occupant was injured.

The single engine airplane departed Khandyga-Teply Klyuch Airport on a patrol mission with six passengers and two pilots on board. En route, the engine failed and the crew decided to return to Khandyga but was eventually forced to attempt an emergency landing when the airplane crashed in a dense wooded area, bursting into flames. All eight occupants were rescued, among them a pilot was injured.

The twin engine airplane departed River Falls Airport shortly after 2100LT on a private flight to New Braunfels, carrying four passengers and one pilot. About an hour into the flight, the pilot was forced to modify his heading because of weather. Approaching the destination, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and erratic values were noted with the aircraft' speed, heading and altitude. Eventually, he dove into the ground and crashed in a relative flat attitude in a wooded area located in Wimberley, bursting into flames. The wreckage was found about 30 km north of New Braunfels Airport. The airplane was destroyed and all five occupants were killed. Weather in the area consisted with thunderstorm activity and rain.

The single engine airplane departed Yei Airfield at 0915LT on a flight to Juba, carrying 13 passengers and one pilot. Approaching Juba, the pilot encountered poor weather conditions and limited visibility when the airplane crashed 20 km southwest of Juba, bursting into flames. All 14 occupants were killed, 12 South Sudanese citizens and two Kenyans.

The airplane departed La Paz-El Alto at 0819LT on a positioning flight to Santa Cruz-El Trompillo Airport with two pilots on board. The last contact with ATC was recorded at 0850LT. About five minutes later, while cruising at FL390, the airplane initiated a turn to the right then completed a 360° circuit that was repeated 20 times until 1055LT. At this time, it entered an uncontrolled descent (the last radar contact was recorded at 19,000 feet) and eventually crashed in a flat attitude in a wooded area located northeast of San Gabriel. Both crew members were killed.

The airplane departed Puerto Leguízamo-Caucayá (La Tagua) Airport on a troop transfer to Puerto Asís, carrying 117 soldiers from three platoons and 11 crew members. Shortly after takeoff from runway 10, while in initial climb, it encountered engine problems, rolled slightly to the left then descended to the ground and crashed in a wooded area located 3 km northwest of the city, bursting into flames. 57 people were rescued and 69 others were killed, 61 soldiers, six crew members and two police officers.

The twin engine airplane departed Fort Lauderdale-Executive Airport at 1227LT on a flight to Alexandria, Louisiana. The pilot was sole on board. After completing a right turn descending to Alexandria Airport, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed south of Boyce, east of Rodemacher Lake. The airplane was destroyed and the pilot was killed.

Shortly after takeoff from runway 10 at Broome Airport, the twin engine airplane lost height and crashed in a mangrove. All seven occupants were injured and quickly rescued. The airplane was en route to the Mungalalu-Truscott AFB located in the Anjo Peninsula.

While flying over Iraq, the airplane collided with a second USAF Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker registered 63-8017. Following the midair collision, 63-8017 lost the top of its tail and its crew was able to return to Tel Aviv-Ben Gurion Airport for an emergency landing. Out of control, 62-3556 crashed in Western Iraq and was destroyed. All six crew members were killed. US Government confirmed that the crash was not the consequence of a hostile action.

The twin engine airplane departed Ranchi-Birsa Munda Airport at 1911LT on an ambulance flight to New Delhi, carrying five passengers and two pilots. About 20 minutes into the flight, the crew contacted Kolkata Control Center and requested a rerouting because of poor weather conditions. Shortly later, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a flat attitude in a forest located near Simariya. The airplane was destroyed and all seven occupants were killed.
