The twin engine airplane was en route from Caracas-Maiquetía-Simón Bolívar Airport to Medellín-José María Córdova Airport (Rionegro) with two people on board. In unknown circumstances, it went out of control and crashed in a pasture located near the village of Las Velas, bursting into flames. The aircraft was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and both occupants were killed.

The airplane departed Langkawi Island Airport on a flight to the airport of Subang in Kuala Lumpur, carrying six passengers and a crew of two. On final approach to Kuala Lumpur-Subang-Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport Runway 15, while completing a sharp turn to the right, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed on a road located in Elmina, less than 5 km from the runway threshold, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed and all eight occupants were killed as well as two people on the ground, one motorcyclist and one car driver.

Approaching Key West-Intl Airport on a flight from Orlando, the airplane suffered an engine failure and was ditched about 25 km northeast of the destination. The pilot was rescued and was uninjured while the airplane sank and was lost.

The airplane departed Veracruz-General Heriberto Jara Corona Airport Runway 01 at 2047LT on a private flight to Toluca, carrying one passenger and two pilots. Three minutes later, while climbing at night, it entered an uncontrolled descent until it crashed into the sea off Ciudad de Veracruz. The airplane was destroyed upon impact and all three occupants were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from Mosby-Midwest National Air Center Airport, the twin engine airplane collided with high tension cables and crash landed in a soybean field, bursting into flames. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire and the pilot, sole on board, was killed.

On approach to Temecula-French Airport Runway 36 at night, the crew encountered foggy conditions. Due to poor visibility, the crew initiated a go around then made a right hand turn and followed a circuit for a second attempt to land. On short final, at a speed of approximately 130 knots, the airplane impacted the ground and crashed short of runway, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed and all six occupants were killed.

En route from Masset to Tofino, the single engine airplane crashed in unknown circumstances in hilly terrain about 29 km northwest of Tofino. Two occupants were killed and two others were rescued.

The airplane departed Elizabethton Airport in Tennessee on a private flight to Ronkonkoma-Long Island-McArthur Field (Islip), New York. Approaching the destination, the airplane did not initiate a descent but an almost 180 turn and continued to the southwest. As there was no radio contact with the pilot anymore and as it was approaching the Washington DC area, ATC informed the authorities about the situation and two F-16 fighters were dispatched. The military pilots were unable to establish any contact with the crew. Flying at an altitude of 34,000 feet, the Cessna entered a right turn then an uncontrolled descent and spiraled to the ground before crashing in a wooded and hilly terrain located near Staunton, Virginia, some 600 km southwest from the destination airport. All four occupants were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from Tupelo Regional Airport, while climbing, the twin engine airplane entered a right turn then lost height and crashed near the boundary fence, bursting into flames. Both occupants were killed.

After touchdown on wet runway 24 at Summerville Airport, the airplane is believed to have hydroplaned. Unable to stop within the remaining distance (runway 24 is 5,000 feet long), it overran and came to rest against a berm, bursting into flames. All five occupants evacuated safely while the airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire.
