After landing on runway 10 at Bhadrapur Airport, the airplane was unable to stop within the remaining distance (runway 10 is 1,500 metres long). It overran and came to rest in a creek located 170 metres past the runway end, coming to rest against an embankment. All 55 occupants were rescued, among them seven were injured including the copilot. The cockpit was severely damaged and the fuselage was bent.

The twin engine airplane departed Miami-Executive Airport (Kendall Tamiami) at 0628LT on a flight to Kennesaw-Cobb County-McCollum Airport, Georgia. Approaching Atlanta control area, the pilot declared an emergency and requested a clearance to land at the nearest airport. Vectored to Atlanta-DeKalb-Peachtree, the pilot modified his route and completed a left hand circuit. On final approach to runway 21L, the airplane went out of control and crashed at Homeland Drive, in a residential area located in Doraville, about 5 km north northeast of the airport. Both occupants were injured and the airplane was destroyed.

The twin engine airplane departed Mérida Airport on an ambulance flight to Galveston, carrying four Mexican Navy Officers and four civilians, among them a pediatric burn patient aged two and his mother. On approach to Galveston-Scholes Airport Runway 14, the crew encountered thick fog when the airplane went out of control and crashed into the Bay of Galveston, some 3 km north of the airfield. Two women, among them the patient's mother, were rescued. All six other occupants were killed.

The airplane departed Barranquilla-Ernesto Cortissoz Airport Runway 05 at 0227LT on a cargo service (flight KRE141) to Bogotá. About 15 minutes into the flight, bound to the south at an altitude of 15,000 feet, the crew initiated a 180 turn after he informed ATC about technical problems with the landing gear. The crew followed several circuits southwest of the airport then completed a low pass over the runway at a height of about 250 feet. Following this maneuver, the airplane continued to climb and turn to the left before heading to the south. The airplane landed on runway 05 at 0340LT. After touchdown, the left main gar collapsed, causing the left wing to struck the ground, and the airplane slid for few hundred metres before coming to rest at 0341LT. All occupants escaped uninjured.

About an hour into the flight, while cruising at an altitude of 10,900 feet over the Celtic Sea, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation and was cleared to divert to Waterford Airport. He gradually reduced his altitude and was cleared for an approach to runway 03. On approach, he lost control of the airplane that crashed in a pasture located south of the airport. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and the pilot, sole occupant, was killed.
