On final approach to Monroe Municipal Airport Runway 20, the single engine airplane went out of control and crashed in a gravel quarry located north of the airfield. Both occupants were killed. They were completing a flight from Oshkosh.

The twin engine airplane departed Sligo Airport at 1121LT on a private flight to Béziers. About an hour into the flight, while cruising at an altitude of 10,900 feet over the Celtic Sea, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation and was cleared to divert to Waterford Airport. He gradually reduced his altitude and was cleared for an approach to runway 03. On approach, he lost control of the airplane that crashed in a pasture located south of the airport. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and the pilot, sole occupant, was killed.

Just after liftoff from runway 20 at San Cristóbal-Paramillo Airport, while in initial climb, the twin engine airplane rolled to the left, got almost inverted then crashed in a huge explosion nearby the runway. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire and both occupants were killed. The left engine was windmilling after rotation while the right engine was at almost full power.

After takeoff from New Bedford Airport Runway 05 in rain falls, the pilot made two successive turns to the left and reached the maximum altitude of 750 feet. The single engine airplane started to lose height and speed then struck a car on highway 195 and crashed in the embankment separating both highways, bursting into flames. The accident occurred 6,6 km southwest of New Bedford Airport. Both occupants in the airplane were killed and the car's drive was injured.

Shortly after takeoff from runway 35L at Tomball-David Wayne Hooks Airport, while climbing, the pilot reported technical problems and elected to return for an emergency landing. Following a right hand circuit at a max altitude of 800 feet, he completed two turns to the right and initiated a descent to runway 35L. On short final, the airplane crashed in an open field, bursting into flames. Both occupants were killed.
