The twin engine airplane was en route from Marsh Harbour to Freeport, an internal flight within Bahamas. For unknown reasons, the pilot declared an emergency and was forced to ditch the airplane some 80 km east of Vero Beach, Florida. All 10 occupants were rescued, among them three were injured. The airplane sank and was lost.

The twin engine airplane departed River Falls Airport shortly after 2100LT on a private flight to New Braunfels, carrying four passengers and one pilot. About an hour into the flight, the pilot was forced to modify his heading because of weather. Approaching the destination, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and erratic values were noted with the aircraft' speed, heading and altitude. Eventually, he dove into the ground and crashed in a relative flat attitude in a wooded area located in Wimberley, bursting into flames. The wreckage was found about 30 km north of New Braunfels Airport. The airplane was destroyed and all five occupants were killed. Weather in the area consisted with thunderstorm activity and rain.

After takeoff from Tampa North Aero Park Runway 32, the twin engine airplane initiated a left turn and climbed to an altitude of about 200 feet when control was lost. It crashed in the backyard of a residence located at Aldus Drive, Grand Oaks, less than 2 km northwest of the airfield. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire and the pilot, sole on board, was killed.

The single engine airplane apparently departed Itápolis in the morning and made stops in Forquilhinha and Santa Catarina before landing in Capão de Canoa to pick two passengers who need to be flown to Campo de Marte, São Paulo. After takeoff from runway 08 at Capão de Canoa Airfield, the airplane encountered difficulties to gain height, descended to the ground and crashed onto a restaurant, bursting into flames. All four occupants were killed.

The single engine airplane departed Houston Executive Airport Runway 36 at 1210LT, bound to the northeast, and continued at an altitude of 5,000 feet. Following a normal approach, it landed on runway 02 at Crockett-Houston County Airport at 1240LT. After touchdown, the pilot started the braking procedure when the airplane deviated to the left. It veered off runway at a speed of about 61 knots, lost its undercarriage and came to rest, bursting into flames. The pilot was injured and the airplane was destroyed by fire.

On final approach to runway 21L, the airplane went out of control and crashed at Homeland Drive, in a residential area located in Doraville, about 5 km north northeast of the airport. Both occupants were injured and the airplane was destroyed.
