The twin engine airplane departed Roswell Air Center on an ambulance flight to Ruidoso, carrying two passengers and two pilots. It crashed in unknown circumstances in the Capitan Mountains, some 30 km northeast of Ruidoso-Sierra Blanca Airport, bursting into flames. The airplane was destroyed and all four occupants were killed.

The twin engine airplane was en route from Marsh Harbour to Freeport, an internal flight within Bahamas. For unknown reasons, the pilot declared an emergency and was forced to ditch the airplane some 80 km east of Vero Beach, Florida. All 10 occupants were rescued, among them three were injured. The airplane sank and was lost.

The twin engine airplane departed River Falls Airport shortly after 2100LT on a private flight to New Braunfels, carrying four passengers and one pilot. About an hour into the flight, the pilot was forced to modify his heading because of weather. Approaching the destination, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and erratic values were noted with the aircraft' speed, heading and altitude. Eventually, he dove into the ground and crashed in a relative flat attitude in a wooded area located in Wimberley, bursting into flames. The wreckage was found about 30 km north of New Braunfels Airport. The airplane was destroyed and all five occupants were killed. Weather in the area consisted with thunderstorm activity and rain.

After takeoff from Tampa North Aero Park Runway 32, the twin engine airplane initiated a left turn and climbed to an altitude of about 200 feet when control was lost. It crashed in the backyard of a residence located at Aldus Drive, Grand Oaks, less than 2 km northwest of the airfield. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire and the pilot, sole on board, was killed.

After landing on runway 04 at New York-LaGuardia Airport at night, the crew initiated the braking procedure when, at a speed of 114 knots, the airplane collided with a Port Authority Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting vehicle which was responding to a separate incident. The truck n°35 had preliminarily been cleared and was responding to a nearby flight (United Boeing 737 MAX 8 flight 2384) that requested assistance for an unknown odor in the cockpit. It entered the runway from the left side of the airplane's track, from taxiway D, when the collision occurred while the speed of the airplane was still at 114 knots. Following the collision, the airplane went out of control, veered off runway to the right and came to rest in a parallel taxiway with the cockpit and the front section totally destroyed. Both pilots were killed and nine passengers were injured. 41 passengers and crew were transported to the hospital and 32 of those have since been released. Additionally, two crew of the fire truck were injured.
