The twin engine airplane departed Miami-Executive Airport (Kendall Tamiami) at 0628LT on a flight to Kennesaw-Cobb County-McCollum Airport, Georgia. Approaching Atlanta control area, the pilot declared an emergency and requested a clearance to land at the nearest airport. Vectored to Atlanta-DeKalb-Peachtree, the pilot modified his route and completed a left hand circuit. On final approach to runway 21L, the airplane went out of control and crashed at Homeland Drive, in a residential area located in Doraville, about 5 km north northeast of the airport. Both occupants were injured and the airplane was destroyed.

The twin engine airplane departed Mérida Airport on an ambulance flight to Galveston, carrying four Mexican Navy Officers and four civilians, among them a pediatric burn patient aged two and his mother. On approach to Galveston-Scholes Airport Runway 14, the crew encountered thick fog when the airplane went out of control and crashed into the Bay of Galveston, some 3 km north of the airfield. Two women, among them the patient's mother, were rescued. All six other occupants were killed.

The airplane departed Statesville Airport Runway 10 at 1006LT on a flight to Sarasota-Bradenton. After takeoff, it climbed to a maximum altitude of about 4,500 feet when the pilot informed ATC he was facing an unexpected situation and wanted to return to Statesville. Following a left hand circuit, the airplane was approaching runway 28 when it went out of control and crashed, bursting into flames. All seven occupants were killed.

On final approach to Monroe Municipal Airport Runway 20, the single engine airplane went out of control and crashed in a gravel quarry located north of the airfield. Both occupants were killed. They were completing a flight from Oshkosh.

The twin engine airplane departed Fort Lauderdale-Executive Airport Runway 27 at 1014LT on a cargo flight to Montego Bay, carrying one passenger and one pilot. The goal of the flight was to deliver first aid to the victims of the recent hurricane 'Melissa'. After departure, the pilot completed a turn to the right and climbed to the altitude of 4,000 feet. While in a right hand turn, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a pond located in a residential area in Coral Springs, some 11 km north northwest from the departure airport. The airplane was destroyed and both occupants were killed.

The airplane departed Louisville-Muhammad Ali Intl Airport on a cargo service to Honolulu-Daniel K. Inouye Intl Airport with a crew of three on board. During the takeoff roll on runway 17R, the pilot-in-command started the rotation while the left engine was on fire. The airplane was able to take off but failed to gain sufficient altitude and remained in a nose-up attitude at a maximum height of about 30 feet. It continued in such configuration above the runway at a speed of about 183 knots. After passing over runway 35L threshold, it rolled to the left, impacted an industrial building and crashed left wing first onto several buildings and vehicles located in the industrial area of Knopp, coming to rest about one km from the runway end, bursting into flames. Debris scattered for about 800 metres. The airplane was totally destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire. All three crew members were killed as well as 11 people on the ground. It is also reported that 23 people on the ground were injured, two seriously. It appears that the left engine (n°1) and its pylon separated from the wing structure after rotation, and was found standing in a grassy area along the left side of runway 17R. Multiple pieces of engine fan blades were found on runway 17R along with the main component of the left engine n°1. Both FDR and CVR were found with limited fire damage and transferred to NTSB lab for analyzing. The Flight Data Recorder had around 63 hours of data covering 24 flights, including the accident sequence. The Cockpit Voice Recorder contained 124 minutes of audio, including the the accident sequence. Analysis are focused on the catastrophic failure of the engine n°1 and the loss of power on engine n°2 resulting from debris ingestion.

The airplane departed Battle Creek-Kellogg Field-Executive Airport Runway 23R at 1708LT on a post maintenance test flight, carrying three crew members. After takeoff, the airplane bounded to the northeast then reached the assigned altitude of 15,000 feet before proceeding over Lansing. Apparently while performing stall maneuvers, the crew lost control of the airplane that entered a spin and crashed about a minute later in a field located near Bath. The airplane exploded on ground and was totally destroyed. All three occupants were killed. It was reported that the airplane arrived at Battle Creek Airport on 25 March 2025 and the present flight was the first since this date.

After takeoff from New Bedford Airport Runway 05 in rain falls, the pilot made two successive turns to the left and reached the maximum altitude of 750 feet. The single engine airplane started to lose height and speed then struck a car on highway 195 and crashed in the embankment separating both highways, bursting into flames. The accident occurred 6,6 km southwest of New Bedford Airport. Both occupants in the airplane were killed and the car's drive was injured.

The twin engine airplane departed Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport Runway 16L at 1201LT on a training flight with two pilots on board. After completing several circuits over Nocona and Bowie Airfields, the crew returned to Fort Worth. While cruising at an altitude of 1,000 feet in a left hand turn, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a trailer parking located about 2,5 km north of Hicks Airfield, bursting into flames. Both occupants were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from runway 35L at Tomball-David Wayne Hooks Airport, while climbing, the pilot reported technical problems and elected to return for an emergency landing. Following a right hand circuit at a max altitude of 800 feet, he completed two turns to the right and initiated a descent to runway 35L. On short final, the airplane crashed in an open field, bursting into flames. Both occupants were killed.
