The single engine airplane departed Ust-Kara on a schedule service to Naryan-Mar with an intermediate stop in Karatayka, carrying 10 passengers and two crews. Approaching Karatayka, the crew encountered marginal weather conditions and decided to divert to Varandey. Few minutes later, while flying in a 200-300 metres visibility, the airplane descended and crashed in a snow covered area located some 10 km northwest of Karatayka. A passenger and the captain were killed while 10 other occupants were injured. Shortly before the accident, the crew reported severe icing conditions.

The crew departed Celaya-Capitán Rogelio Castillo Airport in the early afternoon on a positioning flight to Saltillo. Contact was lost while the airplane was flying at FL260. It entered an uncontrolled descent and apparently disintegrated in a uninhabited area located near Venado. Both occupants were killed.

The single engine airplane departed Renton Airport with four people on board, apparently on a pre-delivery check flight. In unknown circumstances, it went out of control and crashed in a prairie located near Snohomish, bursting into flames. The aircraft was totally destroyed and all four occupants were killed. It is believed that the airplane suffered a wing failure in flight.

The single engine airplane landed last October at Dade-Collier Airport, in the center of the Everglades National Park, following a flight from Sancti Spíritus, Cuba. The pilot defected Cuba and landed safely in the US. On November 14, in unclear circumstances, maybe while being transferred to Opa Locka Airport, the airplane crashed in a marshy area located 25 km west of Opa Locka Airport. Both occupants were uninjured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

The airplane departed Kasese Airport at 1500LT on a cargo flight to Goma, carrying two pilots, one passenger and a load of various goods. En route, weather conditions deteriorated with low clouds and heavy rain falls. As the airplane failed to arrive at destination, SAR operations were initiated and the wreckage was found two days later in a dense wooded area located in South Kivu, about 139 km southwest of Goma. The airplane was destroyed by a post impact fire and all three occupants were killed.

The single engine airplane departed San Lorenzo at 0900LT on a flight to Tarapoto, carrying 10 passengers and two pilots. About 15 minutes into the flight, the crew encountered technical problems with the engine and attempted an emergency landing when the aircraft crash landed in a wooded area located some 15 km southeast of San Lorenzo. All 12 occupants were rescued and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

The airplane was completing a routine school charter flight from Saibai Island to Horn Island. En route, the pilot encountered engine troubles and was forced to shut down one engine. He reduced his altitude and attempted an emergency landing on Moa Island when the airplane impacted trees and crashed in a wooded area. The tail section separated upon impact and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair. Fortunately, all seven occupants evacuated safely.

The single engine airplane departed Albuquerque-Double Eagle II Airport on a private flight. It crashed in unknown circumstances north of Seligman shortly before noon. Both occupants were killed.

The airplane departed Bukavu-Kavumu Airport at 1150LT on a cargo flight to Kasese with three crew members on board. As the airplane failed to arrive at destination, SAR operations were initiated and the wreckage was found two days later in a wooded and hilly terrain near Kasese. All three occupants were killed.

The uncertificated pilot stole the accident airplane at Tupelo Airport with the intent of crashing it into a department store located 2 miles southeast of the airport. However, he continued to fly the airplane in the area for several hours until he performed an off-airport landing in a field 32 miles northwest of the departure airport that resulted in substantial damage to the airplane’s fuselage.
