En route from Puebla to Guadalajara, the pilot encountered engine problems and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The twin engine airplane crash landed in a pasture located near Villa Mendoza and was destroyed by a post crash fire. All five occupants escaped with various injuries.

The crew departed Mexico City-Felipe Ángeles Airport on a local training exercise. Few minutes after takeoff, it encountered technical problems with the hydraulic system and decided to return for a safe landing. The crew made a hard belly landing on runway 04R then the airplane slid for few dozen metres before coming to rest. The tail bent upon impact.

The airplane departed Venezuela on a flight to Honduras, carrying an unknown number of people. According to local Authorities, the flight was illegal and the crew did not receive any authorization to enter the Honduran airspace. The airplane was probably engaged in an illegal flight and is believed to have crashed while the crew attempted to land in shallow water of a swampy area located in the Warunta River. The airplane was destroyed and nobody was found on site. Honduras State Police also reported that no drugs was found in the airplane. The twin engine airplane departed Tapachula Airport at 0814LT with three people on board, two pilots from Guatemala and one Mexican agronomic engineer. The purpose of the mission was to dispersing sterile flies as part of a program to control the cattle screwworm near the border between Mexico and Guatemala. In unknown circumstances, the airplane crashed in hilly terrain and was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire. All three occupants were killed.

The airplane departed Panama City-Marcos A. Gelabert Airport at 2013LT on a regular schedule service (flight PST982) to Bocas del Toro, carrying 35 passengers and three crew members. The approach to Bocas del Toro-Capitán José Ezequiel Hall Airport was completed at night and the runway was wet by recent rain falls. After touchdown on runway 27, the airplane started to slid then veered off to the right. While contacting soft ground, the undercarriage were torn off and the airplane slid for few dozen metres. The right wing was sheared off while contacting a fence then the airplane came to a halt with the empennage that also separated from the main fuselage. All 38 occupants were quickly rescued and there were no serious injuries.

The single engine airplane departed Guerrero Negro Airport Runway 30 at 0658LT on a flight to Hermosillo, carrying five passengers and one pilot. About 15 minutes into the flight, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation, reduced his altitude and attempted an emergency landing. The airplane crash landed in an uninhabited and rocky area located in Las Palomas, some 20 minutes after takeoff. All six occupants escaped unhurt while the airplane was destroyed.

After landing on runway 29 at Cabo San Lucas Airport, the crew initiated the breaking procedure when the airplane started to deviate to the right. It veered off runway, impacted a ditch, lost its undercarriage and made an almost 180 turn before coming to rest on its belly. All occupants were quickly rescued and there were no injuries.

The twin engine airplane took off from Roatán-Juan Manuel Gálvez Airport Runway 07 shortly after sunset. While in initial climb, it entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed into the sea about one km offshore. Twelve occupants were killed and five others were rescued. It is believed that the crew encountered mechanical problems after takeoff.

The single engine airplane departed La Parota, Michoacán, on a private trip with seven people on board. While cruising over mountainous terrain, the airplane went out of control and crashed on the slope of a wooded hill, bursting into flames. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and all seven occupants were killed.

Two minutes after takeoff from Les Cayes-Antoine Simon Airport Runway 08, the twin engine airplane entered a right turn then lost altitude and crashed in a wooded area located about one km southeast of the airfield. The airplane was destroyed and both pilots were killed. There was no fire.
