The airplane departed Teterboro on a flight to San Diego with an intermediate stop at Wichita-Colonel James Jabara Airport. The crew initiated a night approach to San Diego-Montgomery-Gibbs Airport Runway 28R in marginal weather conditions. On final, the airplane descended below the minimum descent altitude, collided with power lines and crashed at 3100 Salmon Street, Terriasanta, about 3 km short of runway 28R threshold, bursting into flames. The airplane as well as several vehicles on the ground were destroyed. Runway 28R is 1,000 metres long.

The twin engine airplane departed Mexico City-Felipe Ángeles Airport at 1018LT on a flight to Dallas-Love Field Airport with three people on board. The duration of flight was 4 hours and 23 minutes. Approaching Dallas, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The airplane landed with its undercarriage down in an open field located near Lancaster, some 32 km south-southeast of Love Field Airport. It rolled for few dozen metres then contacted a concrete road, causing the landing gear to be sheared off. The airplane then slid for another 150 metres before coming to rest. All three occupants escaped with minor injuries.

Following a charter flight from Homer, the single engine airplane was approaching Nanwalek Airport when the pilot apparently spotted a dog on the runway and initiated a go around procedure. Shortly later, the airplane stalled and crash landed. The pilot and a passenger were killed and the second passenger was seriously injured.

After completing a last turn to the right, the twin engine airplane was descending to Columbia County Airport, New York, when it entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in an open field located in Copake. All six occupants were killed.

After landing on runway 01 at Folkston-Davis Field, the single engine airplane veered off runway, impacted trees and came to rest, bursting into flames. All six occupants evacuated and four of them suffered various injuries. The airplane was destroyed.

After landing on runway 05 at North Bend-Southwest Oregon Regional Airport, the airplane was unable to stop within the remaining distance. It overran and came to rest into the Coos Bay. All five occupants were uninjured and quickly rescued. The airplane was damaged beyond repair.

On approach to Anoka County-Blaine Airport Runway 09, the single engine airplane entered a sharp turn to the left then descended to the ground in a near vertical attitude before crashing onto a house located in the north part of Brooklyn Park, some 9 km short of runway, bursting into flames. The airplane and the house were destroyed by a post crash fire and the pilot, sole on board was killed. There were no casualties on the ground.

After takeoff from runway 18 at Mesquite Metro Airport, the airplane continued to climb to an altitude of 950 feet in a slight turn to the right when it entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a wooded area located near Lawson and Clay Mathis roads. The airplane exploded upon impact and was totally destroyed. The wreckage was found approximately 2 km southwest from runway 36 threshold. The pilot, sole on board, was killed.

The airplane departed Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport Runway 30R at 1147LT on a schedule service (flight DL4819) to Toronto, carrying 76 passengers and a crew of four. After departure, the airplane continued to the southeast and reached this assigned altitude of 29,000 feet before starting the descent to Toronto. The approach was performed in marginal weather conditions with wind from 270 at 28 knots, gusting 35 knots, a 6 miles surface visibility and blowing snow. Upon touchdown, the airplane went out of control, lost its empennage, both wings and both main landing gear before coming to rest upside down. All 80 occupants were rescued, among them 8 were injured, 3 seriously. First CRJ-900 destroyed in an accident.

While on a ferry flight from Sebastian to Palatka, the single engine airplane went out of control and crashed in a dense wooded area located in Codys Corner, Florida. The airplane was totally destroyed and the pilot, sole on board, was killed.
