Circumstances:
The twin engine airplane departed Rio de Janeiro-Santos Dumont Airport on a regular schedule service to São Paulo-Congonhas, carrying 11 passengers and a crew of four. While descending to Congonhas Airport, the crew was informed by ATC that weather conditions at destination were poor. Shortly later, while flying in limited visibility, the airplane impacted the slope of a mountain located near Pedra Branca, some 25 km east of the airport. All 15 occupants were killed.

Controlled flight into terrain.

While circling in the vicinity of Bilbeis Airport on a training exercise, the crew was forced to make an emergency landing following a dual engine failure. The airplane belly landed and was damaged beyond repair. Both occupants escaped unarmed.
Probable cause:
The crew inadvertently feathered both props during flight.

Shortly after takeoff from Port-Étienne Airport, while in initial climb, the twin engine airplane stalled and crashed near the runway end. All three occupants were injured while the aircraft was destroyed. The crew was completing a regular mail flight from Toulouse to Dakar with intermediate stops in Alicante, Casablanca and Port-Étienne (Nouadhibou).

Probable cause:
Loss of control during takeoff after the tire on the left main gear burst due to shrapnel splinters on the runway.

The twin engine airplane departed Porto Alegre and on a schedule service to São Paulo with intermediate stops in Florianópolis and Curitiba, carrying 10 passengers and four crew members. On approach to São Paulo-Congonhas Airport, the crew was forced to initiate a go around procedure for unknown reasons. While circling in clouds for a second approach to land, the airplane deviated from the prescribed route to the south until it impacted the slope of a mountain located in the Cantareira Mountain Range. The wreckage was found 24 km south of the airport. Six occupants were rescued and eight others were killed, among them both pilots.
