The crew was taking part to the invasion of Leros Island. On approach, the three engine aircraft was shot down by enemy fire and crashed into the sea, killing all 12 crew members.

The three-engine crashed in flames near the Asha Station, killing all three crew members, among them pilot P. M. Nikitin.

The crew was forced to make an emergency landing at Rabo de Peixe following an in-flight fire. There were no casualties but the aircraft was destroyed.

Less than one minute after take off from Rio de Janeiro-Santos Dumont Airport, while in initial climb, the three-engine aircraft hit the roof of the Naval Academy. On impact, the aircraft broke in two, one part left in the building and the second one came to rest in the Guanabara Bay. Three passengers were injured while all 18 other occupants were killed. At the time of the accident, the visibility was poor due to foggy conditions over Rio.

The seaplane was shot down by Allied forced and crashed into the sea off Kerkyra Island. Two crew members were rescued while five other occupants were killed.

Destroyed at Saint-Nazaire after a mine exploded. The exact circumstances of the mishap remains unknown. Two crew members were killed and two others were injured.

The three engine airplane departed Castelvetrano on a flight to Naples-Capodichino, carrying 15 passengers and four crew members. It crashed in unknown circumstances somewhere en route, maybe in Sicily after being shot down by enemy fire from the Mediterranean Allied Air Forces (MAAF). An intense military activity took place in Sicily at this time. Three crew members and three passengers were killed.
