Shortly after takeoff from Boufarik AFB, the twin engine airplane went out of control and crashed. All four passengers were injured while both pilots were killed. Three days later, two of the survivors died from injuries sustained.

Circumstances:
The twin engine airplane departed Cúcuta-Camilo Daza Airport Runway 16 at 1142LT on a short flight to Ocaña (flight NSE8849) on behalf of Satena (flight 9R8895). Seven minutes later, it reached the maximum altitude of 12,900 feet then the crew started the descent to Ocaña Airport. While descending at an altitude of 7,900 feet in limited visibility due to patches of fog, the airplane impacted the slope of a mountain located near the village of Curasica. All 15 occupants were killed.

The airplane was chartered by the Greater Pioneer Operating Company (GPOC) to carry oil workers from the GPOC Unity Airfield to Juba. Shortly after takeoff, the airplane went out of control and crashed 500 metres from the airfield, coming to rest upside down. One passenger survived while 20 other occupants were killed.

The twin engine aircraft departed Naypyidaw on a flight to Pyin Oo Lwin, carrying 14 passengers and two pilots, among them high ranking officers and monks. On final approach to Pyin Oo Lwin-Anisakan Airport runway 21, the aircraft collided with obstacles and crashed near a steel plant located about 3 km short of runway threshold. A pilot and three passengers were injured while 12 other occupants were killed. Development will follow.
