The crew departed Mexico City-Felipe Ángeles Airport on a local training exercise. Few minutes after takeoff, it encountered technical problems with the hydraulic system and decided to return for a safe landing. The crew made a hard belly landing on runway 04R then the airplane slid for few dozen metres before coming to rest. The tail bent upon impact.

The pilot was flying to Beaver Cove, attempting to the annual International Seaplane Fly-In. Upon landing on Moosehead Lake, the seaplane crashed and sank by a depth of 27 metres. The pilot, sole on board, was able to escape through a rear door and was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries.

The twin engine airplane departed Washington Regional Airport located 70 km west of Saint Louis, Missouri, at 1058LT, on a one-hour flight to Mosby. Following a left hand circuit, the pilot initiated the approach to runway 18 at Mosby-Midwest National Air Center Airport when the airplane crashed in an open field located about 1,5 km north of the airfield, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed by a post crash fire and both occupants were killed.

After landing on runway 25 at Ilaga-Aminggaru Airport, the single engine airplane was unable to stop within the remaining distance. It overran by few metres, veered to the right and collided with a wooden guard post before coming to rest against the perimeter fence, bursting into flames. Both crew members, a pilot and a technician, escaped with minor injuries before the airplane would be totally destroyed by fire. The crew completed a cargo flight from Timika-Moses Kilangin Airport.

While landing at Kalispell-City Airport Runway 13, the single engine airplane stalled and impacted the ground. Out of control, it veered to the left and collided with parked airplanes, bursting into flames. All four occupants evacuated with various injuries and the airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire. A Swearingen SX-300 registered N350G was also destroyed by fire and two other airplanes, a Cessna 172 and a Cessna 525 CitationJet sustained damage. There were no other casualties.

The airplane departed Khabarovsk on a schedule service to Tynda (flight 2G/AGU2311) with an intermediate stop in Blagoveshchensk, carrying 42 passengers (including five children) and six passengers. It departed Ignatyevo Airport at 1121LT on the second leg to Tynda. While descending to Tynda Airport, it appears that the crew encountered marginal weather conditions with reduced visibility due to low ceiling. On approach, the airplane impacted trees and crashed in a wooded area located about 15 km from the airport. The airplane was destroyed and all 48 occupants were killed. Apparently, the crew was attempting a second approach when the accident occurred. At the time of the accident, weather conditions were as follow: light rain, few CB's at 210 metres and cloudy at 600 metres.

Almost immediately after takeoff, the pilot encountered engine problems and decided to return. He completed a left hand circuit, reduced his altitude and attempted to land on runway 27 when the airplane stalled and crashed in a wooded area located near the runway threshold. The accident occurred 4 minutes after takeoff. All 15 occupants were injured, three critically.
