En route from Puebla to Guadalajara, the pilot encountered engine problems and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The twin engine airplane crash landed in a pasture located near Villa Mendoza and was destroyed by a post crash fire. All five occupants escaped with various injuries.

Few minutes after takeoff, it encountered technical problems with the hydraulic system and decided to return for a safe landing. The crew made a hard belly landing on runway 04R then the airplane slid for few dozen metres before coming to rest. The tail bent upon impact.

The purpose of the mission was to dispersing sterile flies as part of a program to control the cattle screwworm near the border between Mexico and Guatemala. In unknown circumstances, the airplane crashed in hilly terrain and was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire. All three occupants were killed.

About 15 minutes into the flight, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation, reduced his altitude and attempted an emergency landing. The airplane crash landed in an uninhabited and rocky area located in Las Palomas, some 20 minutes after takeoff. All six occupants escaped unhurt while the airplane was destroyed.

It veered off runway, impacted a ditch, lost its undercarriage and made an almost 180 turn before coming to rest on its belly. All occupants were quickly rescued and there were no injuries.

Following an uneventful flight from Tuxtla Gutiérrez-Francisco Sarabia Airport, the crew initiated the descent to Palenque Airport in limited visibility. On approach, the twin engine airplane impacted the slope of a wooded terrain located in the Cerro Norte about 12 km southwest of the destination airport. The airplane disintegrated on impact and all occupants were killed, among them Juan Pablo Montes de Oca, Federal Deputy who was flying to Palenque with his family.

The airplane departed Toluca-Licenciado Adolfo López Mateos International Airport on a positioning flight (Ambulance) to Cuernavaca, carrying two doctors and two pilots. After landing on runway 20 at Cuernavaca Airport, the crew initiated the braking procedure but the airplane was unable to stop within the remaining distance. It overran, went down a steep embankment and crashed in bushes, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and all four occupants were killed. It is believed that the airplane landed too far down the runway, causing the landing distance to be insufficient.
