The airplane departed Sharjah Airport at 1902LT on a cargo service (flight KTA1732) to Karachi, carrying five crew members. About an hour and fifteen minutes into the flight, while cruising at FL350, the crew reported technical issues with the navigation system. The airplane first descended to 29,500 feet then climbed to 36,700 feet. It was then observed to enter an uncontrolled descent and crashed approximately one minute later into the Arabian Sea south of Ormara, some 287 km west southwest of Karachi. The following day, debris were found floating on water some 85 km south of Ormara. The airplane disintegrated on impact and the accident was not survivable.

Approaching the destination, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and erratic values were noted with the aircraft' speed, heading and altitude. Eventually, he dove into the ground and crashed in a relative flat attitude in a wooded area located in Wimberley, bursting into flames. The wreckage was found about 30 km north of New Braunfels Airport. The airplane was destroyed and all five occupants were killed. Weather in the area consisted with thunderstorm activity and rain.

The airplane departed La Paz-El Alto at 0819LT on a positioning flight to Santa Cruz-El Trompillo Airport with two pilots on board. The last contact with ATC was recorded at 0850LT. About five minutes later, while cruising at FL390, the airplane initiated a turn to the right then completed a 360° circuit that was repeated 20 times until 1055LT. At this time, it entered an uncontrolled descent (the last radar contact was recorded at 19,000 feet) and eventually crashed in a flat attitude in a wooded area located northeast of San Gabriel. Both crew members were killed.
