While on an ambulance flight from Puerto Montt to Santiago, the crew encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. In the early morning, the twin engine airplane collided with a fence and crashed in a private garden located in Olivar, some 93 km south of Santiago-Arturo Merino Benitez Airport. All four occupants were evacuated with various injuries and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.

The airplane departed Nairobi-Wilson Airport Runway 14 at 1417LT on an ambulance flight to Hargeisa, Somalia. On board were two medical crew and two pilots. About three minutes after takeoff, while climbing, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in the district of Mwihoko, some 22 km northeast of Wilson Airport. The airplane disintegrated on impact and all four occupants were killed as well as two people on the ground.

The twin engine airplane was approaching Chinle Municipal Airport when it crashed for unknown reasons on a small road, bursting into flames. All four occupants, two pilots and two medical crew, were killed. They were en route to Chinle to pick up a patient from a nearby hospital.

The twin engine airplane departed Santiago-Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez Airport at 1916LT on an ambulance flight to Arica. On board were one patient, three medics and two pilots. After departure, the airplane continued to the west then headed to the north and climbed to an altitude of 15,000 feet when the crew apparently encountered technical problems. About 13 minutes into the flight, the airplane impacted the slope of a mountain near Curacaví. The wreckage was spotted by the crew of a Chilean Air Force Black Hawk the following afternoon. The airplane was totally destroyed and all six occupants were killed.

The single engine airplane departed Kostanay on an ambulance flight to Arkalyk, carrying two doctors and two pilots. On final approach to Arkalyk Airport, the crew encountered poor weather conditions with heavy snow falls. In low visibility, the airplane impacted the ground and crash landed in a snow covered field located 1,5 km short of runway. All four occupants were uninjured and rescued.

The airplane departed Northeast Philadelphia Airport at 1805LT on an ambulance flight to Springfield-Branson Airport, Missouri, under callsign MTS56 (Med Jets 56). On board were two pilots, one pediatric patient, her mother and two paramedics. After takeoff from runway 24, the airplane continued to climb to the altitude of 1,650 feet. In marginal weather conditions (light rain and mist), the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed with a high rate of descent on Cottman Avenue, near Roosevelt Mall, about 4,7 km southwest from the end of runway 24. The airplane disintegrated on impact and several buildings and vehicles were destroyed. All six occupants were killed as well as one people on the ground.

The twin engine airplane departed Florianópolis-Hercilio Luz Airport at 1651LT on an ambulance flight to Salvador, carrying three passengers (a doctor, a nurse and a mechanic) and two pilots. A technical stop for refueling was scheduled in Belo Horizonte. While flying in cruising altitude in reduced visibility (almost night and heavy rain falls), the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a wooded area located in Santa Branca. The airplane disintegrated on impact and all five occupants, all employees of the company, were killed.

Few minutes after takeoff from Bogotá-Guaymaral Airport, the crew encountered an unexpected situation and declared an emergency. He attempted an emergency landing when the airplane nosed down and crashed on hilly and wooded terrain located in Yerbabuena, about 10 km northeast of Guaymaral Airport. All four occupants were injured and the airplane was destroyed. It was en route to La Macarena on an ambulance flight, carrying two pilots and a medical team.

The twin engine airplane departed Montería-Los Garzones Airport on an ambulance flight to Medellín, carrying two pilots, a doctor and a nurse. About 30 minutes into the flight, while cruising at an altitude of 19,000 feet, the airplane initiated a descent and the speed started to decrease until it stalled and crashed in a prairie, bursting into flames. All four occupants were killed.

The airplane departed U-Tapao Airport, Thailand, in the early morning, on an ambulance flight to Moscow-Zhukovsky Airport. Chartered by Gazpromavia, it was carrying four passengers and two crew members. A first fuel stop was made in Gaya, Bihar, and a second fuel stop was scheduled in Tashkent. After three hours and 45 minutes into the flight, while cruising at FL380 over the Afghan mountains, the crew declared an emergency and elected to divert to Kulob, southeast Tajikistan. Few minutes later, one of the engine failed, followed shortly later by the second one. In such conditions, the crew attempted an emergency landing when the airplane crashed on the slope of Mt Topkhana located in the province of Badakhshan, bursting into flames. Four people were rescued and two passengers were killed.
