While approaching an airstrip in Cerro San Simón, the twin engine airplane impacted the ground and crashed in a field. All five occupants were injured, two seriously. The airplane was destroyed. The flight was operated on behalf of a local mine company.

While landing at Kalispell-City Airport Runway 13, the single engine airplane stalled and impacted the ground. Out of control, it veered to the left and collided with parked airplanes, bursting into flames. All four occupants evacuated with various injuries and the airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire. A Swearingen SX-300 registered N350G was also destroyed by fire and two other airplanes, a Cessna 172 and a Cessna 525 CitationJet sustained damage. There were no other casualties.

The airplane departed Khabarovsk on a schedule service to Tynda (flight 2G/AGU2311) with an intermediate stop in Blagoveshchensk, carrying 42 passengers (including five children) and six passengers. It departed Ignatyevo Airport at 1121LT on the second leg to Tynda. While descending to Tynda Airport, it appears that the crew encountered marginal weather conditions with reduced visibility due to low ceiling. On approach, the airplane impacted trees and crashed in a wooded area located about 15 km from the airport. The airplane was destroyed and all 48 occupants were killed. Apparently, the crew was attempting a second approach when the accident occurred. At the time of the accident, weather conditions were as follow: light rain, few CB's at 210 metres and cloudy at 600 metres.

The single engine airplane departed Cross Keys Runway 27 at 1719LT on a skydiving flight, carrying 14 skydivers and one pilot. Almost immediately after takeoff, the pilot encountered engine problems and decided to return. He completed a left hand circuit, reduced his altitude and attempted to land on runway 27 when the airplane stalled and crashed in a wooded area located near the runway threshold. The accident occurred 4 minutes after takeoff. All 15 occupants were injured, three critically.

The airplane departed Teterboro on a flight to San Diego with an intermediate stop at Wichita-Colonel James Jabara Airport. The crew initiated a night approach to San Diego-Montgomery-Gibbs Airport Runway 28R in marginal weather conditions. On final, the airplane descended below the minimum descent altitude, collided with power lines and crashed at 3100 Salmon Street, Terriasanta, about 3 km short of runway 28R threshold, bursting into flames. The airplane as well as several vehicles on the ground were destroyed. Runway 28R is 1,000 metres long.

The airplane departed Panama City-Marcos A. Gelabert Airport at 2013LT on a regular schedule service (flight PST982) to Bocas del Toro, carrying 35 passengers and three crew members. The approach to Bocas del Toro-Capitán José Ezequiel Hall Airport was completed at night and the runway was wet by recent rain falls. After touchdown on runway 27, the airplane started to slid then veered off to the right. While contacting soft ground, the undercarriage were torn off and the airplane slid for few dozen metres. The right wing was sheared off while contacting a fence then the airplane came to a halt with the empennage that also separated from the main fuselage. All 38 occupants were quickly rescued and there were no serious injuries.

The twin engine airplane departed Mexico City-Felipe Ángeles Airport at 1018LT on a flight to Dallas-Love Field Airport with three people on board. The duration of flight was 4 hours and 23 minutes. Approaching Dallas, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The airplane landed with its undercarriage down in an open field located near Lancaster, some 32 km south-southeast of Love Field Airport. It rolled for few dozen metres then contacted a concrete road, causing the landing gear to be sheared off. The airplane then slid for another 150 metres before coming to rest. All three occupants escaped with minor injuries.
