Circumstances:
The airplane departed Statesville Airport Runway 10 at 1006LT on a flight to Sarasota-Bradenton. After takeoff, it climbed to a maximum altitude of about 4,500 feet when the pilot informed ATC he was facing an unexpected situation and wanted to return to Statesville. Following a left hand circuit, the airplane was approaching runway 28 when it went out of control and crashed, bursting into flames. All seven occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Teterboro on a flight to San Diego with an intermediate stop at Wichita-Colonel James Jabara Airport. The crew initiated a night approach to San Diego-Montgomery-Gibbs Airport Runway 28R in marginal weather conditions. On final, the airplane descended below the minimum descent altitude, collided with power lines and crashed at 3100 Salmon Street, Terriasanta, about 3 km short of runway 28R threshold, bursting into flames. The airplane as well as several vehicles on the ground were destroyed. Runway 28R is 1,000 metres long.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed La Carlota-General Francisco de Miranda Airport Runway 11 at 0809LT on a private flight, carrying three crew members. After takeoff, the crew initiated a right turn according to procedures and climbed to an altitude of 4,500 feet. Two minutes after liftoff, the airplane crashed in a hilly and wooded terrain located in El Volcán, about 8 km south of the airport. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and all three occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
The crew was completing a flight from Odessa to Ellington Field, near Houston. After takeoff from runway 16, while in initial climb, the twin engine airplane collided with a poweline located about 270 metres past the runway end. The airplane descended to the right and crashed onto a garage located 150 metres further, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed and both occupants were killed.
