While landing at Kalispell-City Airport Runway 13, the single engine airplane stalled and impacted the ground. Out of control, it veered to the left and collided with parked airplanes, bursting into flames. All four occupants evacuated with various injuries and the airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire. A Swearingen SX-300 registered N350G was also destroyed by fire and two other airplanes, a Cessna 172 and a Cessna 525 CitationJet sustained damage. There were no other casualties.

The single engine airplane departed Cross Keys Runway 27 at 1719LT on a skydiving flight, carrying 14 skydivers and one pilot. Almost immediately after takeoff, the pilot encountered engine problems and decided to return. He completed a left hand circuit, reduced his altitude and attempted to land on runway 27 when the airplane stalled and crashed in a wooded area located near the runway threshold. The accident occurred 4 minutes after takeoff. All 15 occupants were injured, three critically.

The twin engine airplane departed Youngstown-Warren Airport Runway 32 at 0653LT on a 5,5-hours flight to Bozeman, MT, carrying five passengers and one pilot. After takeoff, while in initial climb, the airplane initiated a left turn then started to descend until it crashed in the backyard of a private property located about 2 km northwest of the airfield. The accident occurred about one minute after liftoff. The airplane was destroyed and all six occupants were killed.

After takeoff, while climbing, the pilot was instructed for heading 180 when he reported controllability problems. Shortly later, the airplane showed erratic altitude, speed and heading data before crashing into the Pacific Ocean off Point Loma. Few debris were found floating on water and all six occupants were killed.

The crew initiated a night approach to San Diego-Montgomery-Gibbs Airport Runway 28R in marginal weather conditions. On final, the airplane descended below the minimum descent altitude, collided with power lines and crashed at 3100 Salmon Street, Terriasanta, about 3 km short of runway 28R threshold, bursting into flames. The airplane as well as several vehicles on the ground were destroyed. Runway 28R is 1,000 metres long.

The twin engine airplane departed Mexico City-Felipe Ángeles Airport at 1018LT on a flight to Dallas-Love Field Airport with three people on board. The duration of flight was 4 hours and 23 minutes. Approaching Dallas, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The airplane landed with its undercarriage down in an open field located near Lancaster, some 32 km south-southeast of Love Field Airport. It rolled for few dozen metres then contacted a concrete road, causing the landing gear to be sheared off. The airplane then slid for another 150 metres before coming to rest. All three occupants escaped with minor injuries.
