Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in a local training flight in Moscow. While flying at an altitude of 400-450 meters, the crew initiated an engine failure when the aircraft lost speed while performing a steep turn to the left. The aircraft went upside down and crashed in Naberezhnaya, in the suburb of Moscow. All five occupants were killed. It was reported that both passengers were illegal.
Probable cause:
Inappropriate reaction of the pilot and poor techniques while performing a steep turn to the left, causing the aircraft to stall and to crash.

On final approach to RAF Locking, while on a flight from Gosport, the aircraft was too low and hit with its left main gear a double-decker bus carrying 22 RAF Airmen. The left main gear was sheared off, the pilot continued the approach and was able to land. On touchdown, the aircraft skidded on runway and came to rest. All four occupants were unhurt while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair. The bus was destroyed and eight crew were killed while 14 others were seriously injured. For unknown reason, the pilot was performing a too low approach and did not realized the presence of the bus.

Three French crew members took place on board this RAF Boston on behalf of the 342th Squadron of the Free French Forces of the Groupe Lorraine. With 11 other similar airplanes, the Boston was engaged in a flare smoke dispersion to hide the ships. While approaching the coast, the airplane was shot down by German antiaircraft fire and crashed into the sea off Utah Beach. The aircraft was lost and all three crew members were killed.
