While approaching an airstrip in Cerro San Simón, the twin engine airplane impacted the ground and crashed in a field. All five occupants were injured, two seriously. The airplane was destroyed. The flight was operated on behalf of a local mine company.

Approaching Kisangani, the single engine airplane descended into trees and crashed in a dense wooded area located 34 km of Kisangani, bursting into flames. A passenger was seriously injured and six other occupants were killed. The airplane was ferried to Kisangani to be subject to a technical inspection by the Authority to officially authorize the operation of the aircraft in accordance with the regulations in force. According to Authorities, the control tower at Kisangani Airport was unaware of this flight.

The single engine airplane departed Puerto Ayacucho Airport on a flight to Parima B, carrying eight citizens belonging to the Yanomami indigenous community and two pilots. Few minutes after takeoff, the crew encountered engine problems. The airplane lost height and crashed in a dense wooded area located 14 km east of Puerto Ayacucho Airport. Seven people were killed and three were rescued, among them the copilot.

The airplane departed Khabarovsk on a schedule service to Tynda (flight 2G/AGU2311) with an intermediate stop in Blagoveshchensk, carrying 42 passengers (including five children) and six passengers. It departed Ignatyevo Airport at 1121LT on the second leg to Tynda. While descending to Tynda Airport, it appears that the crew encountered marginal weather conditions with reduced visibility due to low ceiling. On approach, the airplane impacted trees and crashed in a wooded area located about 15 km from the airport. The airplane was destroyed and all 48 occupants were killed. Apparently, the crew was attempting a second approach when the accident occurred. At the time of the accident, weather conditions were as follow: light rain, few CB's at 210 metres and cloudy at 600 metres.

The single engine airplane departed Chita-Kashtak Airport on a local skydiving flight, carrying 10 skydivers and one pilot. About 10 minutes after takeoff, the pilot encountered engine problems. He attempted an emergency landing when the airplane crashed in a wooded area located 3 km northeast of the airfield. All 11 occupants were injured and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.

The twin engine airplane departed Harare-Robert Gabriel Mugabe Airport on a charter flight to a safari camp, carrying eight tourists and two pilots. En route, the crew encountered engine problems and elected to make an emergency landing in Kanyemba, north Zimbabwe, near the borders with Mozambique and Zambia. Upon landing on rough terrain, the airplane lost its undercarriage and slid for few dozen metres before coming to rest. All 10 occupants escaped uninjured while the airplane was damaged beyond repair.

The single engine airplane departed Khandyga-Teply Klyuch Airport on a survey operation against forest fire. On board were two pilots and one observer. For unknown reason, the airplane crash landed in a wooded area, collided with trees and came to rest. The wreckage was found in the afternoon, some 20 km northwest of Teply Klyuch Airport. All three occupants were rescued and airlifted.

The single engine airplane departed Guerrero Negro Airport Runway 30 at 0658LT on a flight to Hermosillo, carrying five passengers and one pilot. About 15 minutes into the flight, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation, reduced his altitude and attempted an emergency landing. The airplane crash landed in an uninhabited and rocky area located in Las Palomas, some 20 minutes after takeoff. All six occupants escaped unhurt while the airplane was destroyed.

The twin engine airplane departed Mexico City-Felipe Ángeles Airport at 1018LT on a flight to Dallas-Love Field Airport with three people on board. The duration of flight was 4 hours and 23 minutes. Approaching Dallas, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The airplane landed with its undercarriage down in an open field located near Lancaster, some 32 km south-southeast of Love Field Airport. It rolled for few dozen metres then contacted a concrete road, causing the landing gear to be sheared off. The airplane then slid for another 150 metres before coming to rest. All three occupants escaped with minor injuries.

After completing a last turn to the right, the twin engine airplane was descending to Columbia County Airport, New York, when it entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in an open field located in Copake. All six occupants were killed.
