Circumstances:
While cruising at an altitude of 6,700 feet, both engines misfired and the left engine failed shortly later. The captain decided to attempt an emergency landing in a pasture at Chatsworth Park, near Bakewell. While all six occupants were slightly injured, the aircraft was damaged beyond repair due to severe damages to the airframe.

The airplane departed RAF Sharjah on a flight to Karachi, carrying four crew members and one passenger. About 30 minutes into the flight, while cruising over the Gulf of Oman, the pilot noticed oil on the reduction gear casing of the port engine. This coupled with a visibility of only two miles made him decide to return to Sharjah. Seven minutes later, the propeller of the right engine detached. He made an emergency landing in a rocky land located in Rul Dhadnah, some 10 km southeast of Dibba Al Fujairah. The airplane was damaged beyond repair and the navigator was killed. All four other occupants were later rescued.

The crew departed RAF Saltby at 0925LT on a training flight on behalf of the 14th OTU. While cruising at an altitude of 2,000 feet in a flaps and undercarriage down configuration, the pilot stalled the airplane. It entered a dive and as the pilot was unable to regain control due to an insufficient distance with the ground, the airplane crashed in an open field located in Old Leake, northeast of Boston, bursting into flames. All five crew members were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Harwell on a night navigation exercise. In the early morning, while trying to land at RAF Hemswell, the pilot leveled off too early and the undercarriage collapsed following a hard landing. The airplane slid for few dozen metres and came to a halt, bursting into flames. All five crew members escaped uninjured and the airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire.
