Circumstances:
The airplane departed Deelen AFB on an operation to Edinburgh. Shortly after takeoff, it went out of control and crashed near the airfield, killing all four crew members.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Deelen AFB at 2100LT on March 22 on an operation to Hartlepool. The following night, while returning to base, it crashed on approach in Heteren, bursting into flames. All four crew members were seriously injured. The pilot died few hours later from injuries sustained.

The airplane departed Deelen AFB at 2057LT on March 11 on an operation to Newcastle. While returning to base the following night, it ran out of fuel after the crew lost his orientation. While attempting an emergency landing, the airplane crashed in Wijdenes and was destroyed. All four crew members were killed.
