Circumstances:
En route from Tallinn to Helsinki, while cruising over the Gulf of Finland, the crew encountered poor weather conditions and low visibility due to fog. The pilot reduced his altitude, most probably to maintain a visual contact with the water surface when the airplane named 'Papagei' hit a wave and crashed into the sea. All six occupants were killed.

The single engine airplane departed Berlin-Staaken on a sightseeing flight over the city of Berlin. In unknown circumstances, the plane crashed in the district of Neukölln, east of Tempelhof Airport. Five passengers were injured and two other occupants were killed, the pilot and a passenger.

Circumstances:
The aircraft departed Stalinabad Airport on a cargo flight to Garm, carrying one pilot and a load consisting of bottles of alcohol. After departure, the pilot encountered difficulties to gain sufficient height and while approaching mountainous terrain, he entered clouds. While in a valley, he attempted to make a 180 turn when the airplane impacted ground and crashed some 12-15 km southwest of Faizobod. The pilot was killed.
Probable cause:
Controlled flight into terrain after the pilot failed to gain sufficient altitude while climbing in clouds over mountainous terrain.
The following contributing factors were identified:
- The pilot failed to comply with the minimum safe altitude fixed at 2,500 metres for the area,
- Upon takeoff, the total weight of the aircraft was 41 kg above MTOW, which affected the aircraft's performances,
- Poor flight supervision.

Circumstances:
The crew (three student pilots and two instructors) were performing a training flight over the Baltic Sea, working on new telecommunications techniques. While cruising in snow falls, the single engine aircraft crashed into the sea off Brüsterort (now Mayak), East Prussia (now Kaliningrad).
