The three engine airplane departed Valencia, Spain, on a cargo flight to Paris, carrying two passengers, two crew members and a load of gold. En route, the crew decided to make an intermediate stop at an airport located in Aude, probably Carcassonne. After touchdown, the airplane suffered a gear collapse. It veered off runway and came to rest. All four occupants evacuated safely and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

On final approach to Cannes, the pilot encountered severe downdrafts and initiated a go around. During the second attempt to land, the aircraft lost height and impacted the ground short of runway. Upon impact, the undercarriage were torn off and the airplane slid for few dozen metres before coming to rest in a bush against an embankment. Eight occupants were injured and the pilot was unhurt. The aircraft named 'La Rêveuse' was damaged beyond repair. Among the passenger was Mr. Schneider, General Secretary of Air France.

As the weather conditions were deteriorating, the board of the Dutch National Company KLM decided to move the aircraft that was parked in Haamstede to a safe place in Rotterdam, and asked three technicians to do so. While taxiing, the aircraft was caught by strong winds, went out of control and came to rest upside down. All three occupants were uninjured and the aircraft named 'Zwaluw' was damaged beyond repair.

The captain reduced his altitude and attempted an emergency landing in a snow covered field. Upon landing, the aircraft lost its undercarriage, engines and both wings before coming to rest against trees. All nine occupants evacuated with minor injuries while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Too low, the airplane impacted ground and crashed, bursting into flames. The mechanic was seriously injured and the pilot was killed.

The crew and the passenger were prospecting new routes to Kupang, Sunda Island, and were also distributing flyers to locals. While approaching Tabanan at an altitude of 1,250 metres, the pilot noted the presence of a ridge in front of him. Due to the topography of the terrain, it was not possible for him to make a U turn. He increased engine power but the airplane was unable to gain height so it impacted trees, stalled and crashed in a wooded area. All four occupants were rescued and the pilot was slightly injured.
