Circumstances:
While descending to Tacna Airport on a flight from Arica, the pilot encounted limited visibility due to foggy conditions. The aircraft impacted the slope of a mountain and crashed near the village of Palca, about 45 km northeast of Tacna Airport. All four occupants were killed.

The crew was completing a local test flight out from Lima-Limatambo Airport. On final approach, the airplane named 'San Felipe' went out of control and crashed onto several houses located near the airport. Both crew members and two people on the ground were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from Lima Airport, the crew encountered an unexpected situation. The pilot attempted an emergency landing when the airplane crash landed in the district of La Palmos. There were no casualties but the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Shortly after takeoff from Lima-Limatambo Airport, while in initial climb, the airplane suffered an engine failure. It stalled and crashed near the runway end. Both pilots and a passenger were killed while 12 other occupants were injured.

Circumstances:
The float plane departed Río Huallaga in Puerto Arturo on a survey flight of the area located in the east of Peru, at the border with Brazil. The aircraft disappeared en route and probably crashed in the jungle located along the Río Javari, at the border. SAR operations were initiated but no trace of the aircraft nor the six occupants were ever found.
