The airplane departed La Baule-Escoublac Airport on a flight to Chartres with one pilot and one passenger on board. En route, he encountered engine problems and decided to reduce his altitude and to attempt an emergency landing in a wheat field. The aircraft landed long and eventually collided with a tree before coming to rest. Both occupants escaped uninjured and the aircraft was destroyed. The aircraft was had the dual registration F-AMOR and CT-16.

The crew was performing a training flight over the area of Chartres, Eure-et-Loir. While cruising at an altitude of 3,800 metres, the airplane entered a cloudy area and encountered icing conditions. Shortly later, both engines misfired and the aircraft lost height. He then spiraled into the ground and during the fall, one of the crew member bailed out and was later found uninjured. The aircraft crashed in a field and was totally destroyed. All four other occupants were killed.

While taxiing, the LeO 20 went out of control and collided with two parked Nieuport NiD 629 registered 705 and 713. The impact caused severe damages and a fire erupted. All four occupants evacuated safely and all three aircraft were destroyed by fire.

The crew was performing a local training flight on behalf of the 1st squadron of the 22nd regiment based in Chartres. Shortly after takeoff, while climbing to a height of 50 metres, the left engine lost power. The pilot decided to return for an emergency landing and initiated a left downwind turn to reach the airfield. While flying at a height of 10 metres, the aircraft's speed dropped. It stalled and impacted the ground some 250 metres short of runway. Both main landing gears were torn off and the left main fuel tank exploded. Three crew members were seriously injured and the fourth occupant was killed. The following day, two of the three survivors died from their injuries.

Following an uneventful flight from Chartres, the crew was approaching Reims-Champagne Airbase by night. On approach, the pilot failed to realize his altitude was insufficient when the airplane collided with the pylon of an electrical powerline and crashed some 500 metres short of runway. Four crew members were injured while the pilot was killed.

En route from Chartres to Tours, while cruising at night, the crew encountered poor weather conditions and the visibility was low. The pilot decided to land as quick as possible but due to low visibility, he was unable to find a suitable terrain. Several flares were pulled and the pilote eventually decided to land in a field that seems suitable for him. Just before landing, the aircraft was caught by a downdraft and impacted the ground. The right main gear and the right engine were torn off and the aircraft came to rest. All four occupants were uninjured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
