On final approach to Belfast-City Airport, the twin engine aircraft went out of control and crashed in an open field short of runway. Both crew members were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from Belfast-Aldergrove Airport, while climbing, one of the engine failed. The airplane lost height and crashed in a field past the runway end. All five crew members were rescued and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

The single engine aircraft hit a fence and crashed. Both crewmen were slightly injured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

The pilot departed Belfast-Aldergrove Airport on a local training sortie. While cruising northwest of Belfast at low altitude, the airplane impacted the slope of Mt Cloughcorr located near Waterfoot. The aircraft was destroyed and the pilot John Frederick Sutton of the 502th Squadron was killed.
