Circumstances:
The airplane departed RAF Bircham Newton at 2025LT for a strike on an east-bound convoy off the Dutch Frisian islands. During the attack, it collided with the mast of a ship and crashed into the sea. All four crew members were killed.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed RAF Bircham Newton at 2024LT for a strike on an east-bound convoy off the Dutch Frisian islands. Approaching the target area, it was badly shot about by the German Marine Flak. The crew was able to leave the combat area and attempted to return to base. Unable to reach RAF Bircham Newton, the pilot diverted to RAF Docking when, on final approach, the airplane crashed in a gunnery zone. The pilot and an airman in the gun pit were killed. Four other occupants were injured.

The airplane went out of control, veered of runway, lost its undercarriage and came to a halt. All four crew members were rescued, among them three were injured.

Circumstances:
The twin engine airplane departed RAF Bircham Newton on a test flight with six crew members on board. After practicing circuits and landings, it was seen flying at a height of about 50 feet with the undercarriage down when it stalled and crashed in an open field located two miles from RAF Docking. The airplane was destroyed and all six crew members were killed.
