Circumstances:
On May 24, the pilot departed Brough on a ferry flight to RAF Silloth. Due to poor weather conditions, he diverted to RAF Yeadon (Leeds Airport) where he spent the night. On May 25, as weather conditions improved, he took off from RAF Yeadon when, shortly after takeoff, he was facing houses and made a sharp turn to the right when the airplane impacted with a stone wall and crashed. The pilot, sole on board, was killed.

The crew as conducting a test flight out from Brough. En route, in unknown circumstances, the twin engine aircraft went out of control, dove into the ground and crashed in an open field, bursting into flames. Both crewmen were killed.

Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in a mine laying practice flight out from RAF Lee-on-the-Solent and took off in the morning. While cruising between Ryde and Gosport, the pilot encountered technical problems and decided to ditch the aircraft off Ryde, Isle of Wight. All four occupants found refuge in a dinghy then the aircraft sank by a depth of 22 meters.
