Circumstances:
The twin engine aircraft departed Sarajevo Airport on a cargo flight to Ancona, carrying three crew members and a load of various goods. On approach to Ancona-Falconara Airport, the crew encountered strong winds. Upon touchdown on runway 04, the nose gear collapsed. The aircraft skidded for few dozen metres before coming to rest, bursting into flames. All three occupants escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair due to severe damages in the cockpit area due to fire.

While flying in foggy conditions, the twin engine aircraft hit the slope of Mt Nerone located 4 km south of Piobbico. All three crew members were killed.

Circumstances:
During the initial climb, both engines lost power simultaneously. The aircraft stalled, lost height, hit trees and crashed in a wooded area located about 1,5 km south of Jesi. All four occupants were slightly injured while the aircraft was written off.
Probable cause:
Loss of power on both engines shortly after liftoff.

Circumstances:
The crew was performing a parachute supply mission to the Italian Resistance in the region of Cerreto d’Esi on behalf of the 148th Squadron based in Brindisi. Shortly after the launch, the aircraft was hit by Flak, went out of control and crashed in a field. Five crew were killed while five others were injured.
