Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from Jerez de la Frontera Airport, while climbing, the airplane went out of control and crashed into the Guadalquivir River, north of the airport. All ten occupants were killed. They were flying back to their base at Cadiz AFB.

Circumstances:
The seaplane departed Gibraltar on a maritime patrol flight. While returning to base and flying along the Spanish coast, the crew encountered poor weather conditions with thunderstorm activity and turbulence. The seaplane went out of control and crashed into the sea off Cadiz. All 10 occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
The float plane was engaged in a maritime patrol flight when an engine failed in flight, forcing the crew to ditch the airplane in the gulf of Cadiz. Two crew members were rescued by the crew of the French oil tanker named 'P.L.M. 17' while two other crew members were rescued 40 hours later by the crew of the french torpedo-boat named 'Lyon'.
