Circumstances:
On landing on runway 11, right landing gear failed. Aircraft went out of control, veered off runway and came to rest near a fence. Three occupants were slightly injured while the aircraft was considered as damaged beyond repair. VASIS, runway threshold and edge lights were out of service at the time of the accident.

On take off, the captain decided to abandon the procedure due a fire alarm in the cockpit. The aircraft did not stop on the runway, overrun and came to rest 300 meters further on. All occupants escaped but 8 were injured. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

While landing on runway 15/33, the left landing gear collapsed and the aircraft skidded about 450 metres before leaving the runway on its left and hitting the wall of a company building. 7 passengers were injured and the aircraft was damaged beyond economical repair. The crew landed 6 metres short of runway.
