Circumstances:
After landing at Madinah-Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport runway 17, the crew completed the braking procedure and vacated via taxiway B. For unknown reasons, the aircraft departed the concrete zone and entered a sandy area, causing the left main gear to dug in and both left engines n°1 and 2 to struck the ground. All 277 occupants evacuated safely while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
While approaching Madinah Airport in limited visibility due to marginal weather conditions, the aircraft went out of control, entered a near vertical descent and crashed on the slope of a mountain located few km from the airport. The aircraft disintegrated on impact and both pilots were killed.
Probable cause:
It was reported that both elevators were not found at the point of impact and were missing. It is believed that the loss of control was the consequence of the elevator detachment in flight.

Circumstances:
Following a night takeoff at Madinah-Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport, while climbing, one of the engine caught fire and exploded. The crew was unable to attempt an emergency landing and the airplane crashed in flames in a desert area located near the airport. All 89 occupants were killed.

Engine fire and explosion on takeoff for unknown reasons.
