Circumstances:
The crew left Rosecrans AFB, Missouri, for a night training exercise. En route, while cruising in the blizzard, crew lost control of the aircraft that crashed near Tecumseh. All three crew were killed.

Circumstances:
The crew left Rosecrans AFB in the afternoon to complete a training flight. While returning to its in a stormy weather, the aircraft went out of control and crashed in flames few miles from the airbase located in the vicinity of Saint-Joseph. A crewman survived while six other occupants were killed. At the time of the accident, there was a cold front with severe turbulence.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Rosecrans AFB on a training flight to Columbia. While on an instrument approach to the destination airport, one of the engine failed. Five crew members bailed out and parachuted to safety and one crew remained on board and was killed when the airplane crashed in an open field located 1,5 km west of Harrisburg, about 24 km northwest of Columbia.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Rosecrans AFB on a flight to Dallas-Love Field Airport, carrying six crew members. Approaching Fort Worth, the pilot encountered poor weather conditions. While flying low in bad visibility, the airplane collided with the cable of a radio tower and crashed in Grapevine. All six occupants were killed.
