The airplane was shot down by enemy fire. The pilot made an emergency landing in a field located in Navalcarnero, 25 km west of the Getafe Airbase. All six occupants were injured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
En route from Madrid-Getafe AFB to Toledo, the airplane named 'Aqui le Espero' was shot down by the pilot of a Fiat CR-32 and crashed near Rielves. All five crew members were killed. It appears that the pilot Joaquín Mellado survived the crash but committed suicide thinking he would be capture.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Tours-Parçay-Meslay on a liaison flight to the Camp of Gaël (Point-Clos Airport), carrying four crew members. On final approach, at a height of about 300 feet, the aircraft broke in two and crashed in an open field, bursting into flames. All four crewmen were killed.
