Circumstances:
The airplane departed Kholm on a flight to Kalinin (now Tver), carrying 21 wounded soldiers and a crew of three. After takeoff from Kholm, the radio operator took over controls and continued to the east. Approaching the area of Lake Sabro, the captain asked the radio operator to reduced his altitude to minimum, order dismissed by the radio operator. The captain took over controls and descended until both propellers impacted the surface of the lake. The airplane went out of control and crash landed on an island. The captain was seriously injured and a passenger was killed. All other occupants were transferred to Kalinin.

Circumstances:
En route from Yedrovo to Andreapol, the captain reduced his altitude while over the Lake Sig to avoid German fighters. Doing so, the airplane impacted the water surface and crashed. Ten occupants were injured and seven others were killed. The airplane sank and was lost. The wreckage was found many years later.

The airplane departed Moscow on a cargo flight to Novgorod, carrying one passenger, six crew members and a load of 3,221 kg of CS liquid. While cruising along the railway road to Kalinin, the airplane was shot down by a German fighter and crashed near Spirovo. All seven occupants were killed.

Shot down by a German fighter.
