Circumstances:
Apparently following a misunderstanding, the crew forgot to lower the gear. The aircraft belly landing at Karlovy Vary Airport and slid for several yards before coming to rest. There were no casualties.

Circumstances:
In flight, all crew members decided to bail out and abandoned the aircraft that dove into the ground and crashed in a pasture. The aircraft was destroyed but all occupants were safe.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Ingolstadt-Manching AFB on a flight to Berlin, carrying eight passengers and a crew of three who were going to visit a car exhibition in Berlin. In unknown circumstances, it went out of control and crashed in a wooded area located one km west of Josefov. The aircraft was totally destroyed by impact forces and all 11 occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
On final approach to Karlovy Vary, at a height of 100 metres, one of the stabilizer detached. The airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed short of runway. Three passengers were injured while both pilots and a passenger, the Austrian Actor Max Pallenberg, were killed.
Probable cause:
Loss of control on final approach following the loss of a stabilizer.
