The airplane departed RAF Hampstead Norris on a transit flight to Gibraltar with a crew of four on board. On final approach to Gibraltar, both engines stopped and the airplane stalled and crashed into the sea some two km south of Gibraltar. All four crew members were quickly rescued and the airplane sank by a depth of about 40 metres.

The airplane crashed for unknown reasons at Gibraltar Airport. A crew was injured.

The airplane suffered an engine failure upon landing at Gibraltar Airport. It veered off runway, lost its undercarriage and came to rest. There were no casualties.

While on approach to Gibraltar Airport following a maritime patrol mission, the floatplane crashed into the sea. Three crew members were killed and six others were rescued.

On approach to Gibraltar, the floatplane was mistakenly shot down by friendly fire and crashed into the sea. All eight crew members were rescued, among them one was injured.

Few minutes after takeoff from Gibraltar, the airplane suffered an engine failure. The crew ditched the airplane some 30 km off Gibraltar. All four crew members were rescued and the airplane sank and was lost.

The airplane departed RAF Dishforth at 1636LT on December 13 on an operation to Kiel. While returning to base the following night, it crashed in unknown circumstances into The Wash. Three crew members were killed and two others were rescued.

The airplane departed Casablanca on a flight to Gibraltar, carrying four crew members. After it landed in El Polo Airfield in Campamento, on the Spanish territory, the crew realized he was not in Gibraltar, took off and headed south. On approach to Gibraltar, the aircraft was shot down by ground fire and crashed into the sea. All four crew members were killed.
