In unknown circumstances, the airplane collided with a RCAF Boston registered W8325 and carrying three crew members that was engaged in an operation to Melun and Brétigny. Following the collision, both airplanes came down on the edge of the airfield and were destroyed by a post crash fire. All six crew members in both airplanes were killed.

Over Évreux-Saint-André AFB, it collided with a German Air Force Do.217 registered U5+TW and carrying three crew members. Following the collision, both airplanes came down on the edge of the airfield and were destroyed by a post crash fire. All six crew members in both airplanes were killed.

The airplane departed Evreux-Saint-André AFB on a ferry flight to Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport. In unknown circumstances, it went out of control and crashed in Erches, 33 km southeast of Amiens. All six occupants were killed.

The airplane departed Évreux-Saint-André Airfield on a bombing mission over enemy positions in Pont-d'Arcy. It was shot down by the pilot of a Me.109 and crashed, bursting into flames. A crew survived after he bailed out while both other occupants were killed.

Approaching Lille-Ronchin Airfield, the airplane was mistakenly shot down by the British Flak and crashed. Two crew members were killed and a third bailed out and survived.
