Circumstances:
The crew was completing a training flight on this Tracker delivered to the Armada Argentina in 1978. While flying in the vicinity of the Bahía Blanca-Comandante Espora Airport, the crew encountered unknown technical problems and was forced to attempt an emergency landing in an open field. While both pilots escaped with minor injuries, the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
Following an uneventful flight from Buenos Aires-Ezeiza-Ministro Pistarini Airport, the crew started a night approach to Bahía Blanca-Comandante Espora Airport. The approach and landing on runway 34R were considered as normal. After touchdown, the crew started the braking procedure and the aircraft rolled for a distance of 1,200 metres when it started to deviate to the right. It veered off runway, rolled for 150 metres then lost its nose gear and came to a halt. All three occupants escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
The aircraft veered off runway after landing due to the possible combination of the following factors:
- A possible (but not confirmed) failure or malfunction of the left engine reverse thrust system,
- Crosswind close to the maximums specified in the flight manual,
- Lack of corrective actions on part of the crew who failed to identify a possible failure,
- Inappropriate use of the nosewheel steering system.

The twin engine aircraft was completing a cargo flight from Neuquén to Buenos Aires-Ezeiza Airport with an intermediate stop in Bahía Blanca, carrying two pilots on behalf of Encotesa. Shortly after departure from Neuquén-Juan Domingo Perón Airport, while climbing by night, the crew informed ATC about his ETA in Bahía Blanca when control was lost. The aircraft crashed in Chimpay, in the suburb of Neuquén, about 4 km northeast of the airport, bursting into flames. Both pilots were killed.

Probable cause:
The exact cause of the accident remains unclear. The crew did not send any distress call prior to the loss of control. It is believed that the accident was the consequence of a possible in-flight fire or toxic fumes emanating in the cabin due the presence of polyethylene stored in several boxes that were not properly packed according to dangerous goods transportation procedures.

Circumstances:
Just after liftoff, while in initial climb, the crew noticed a loss of power on the left engine. The captain decided to land back but the remaining distance was 950 meters only. Unable to stop in time, the airplane struck arresting cables installed for the Douglas A4Q Skyhawk of the Argentinian Navy. Impact caused severe damages to both wings and the airplane came to rest in flames as the fuel tanks were punctured. All 74 occupants were evacuated safely while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
Aborted take-off due to apparent loss of power. This was caused by the aircraft having touched down on the runway again, after initial lift-off, whilst the crew were distracted by a bird of considerable size which was flying past the left hand windscreen. Wrong decision on part of the crew as the takeoff procedure was already completed.
