Circumstances:
On final approach to Saint John Airfield while on a local training flight, the single engine aircraft collided with a truck and crashed. Both occupants were injured and the aircraft was destroyed.

Shortly after takeoff from Moncton Airport, while climbing, the aircraft stalled and crashed, bursting into flames. All five occupants were rescued while the aircraft was destroyed by a post crash fire. The reason for the occurrence remains unknown but it seems that one of the wings dropped shortly after rotation.

En route, the pilot lost his orientation due to poor weather conditions and attempted to make an emergency landing. Upon touchdown, the aircraft slid for few dozen metres before coming to rest, bursting into flames. There were no casualties and the aircraft was destroyed by a post crash fire caused by the explosion of a battery.
