Circumstances:
After takeoff, the airplane climbed to a height of 35 metres then rolled to the right and crashed nearby the airfield. There were no casualties among the occupant. The accident occurred somewhere in Yakutia.

Circumstances:
On final approach to Frunze Airport, the pilot encountered poor visibility due to fog and was unable to locate the runway threshold (T area). In such conditions, he initiated a go around procedure. Few seconds later, while completing a turn, both engines stopped simultaneously. The airplane stalled, collided with an irrigation canal and eventually crashed in a ravine located near the airport. All three crew members were injured.
Probable cause:
Double engine failure caused by a loss of fuel pressure. Possible fuel exhaustion.

Circumstances:
Following a flight from Dushanbe, the single engine airplane crashed upon landing at Khorugh Airfield and was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
The accident was caused by the combination of the following factors:
- Mismanagement of the landing equipment on part of the pilot,
- The decision of the pilot to land without checking the exact position of the landing gear (skis),
- A faulty conception of the undercarriage.
