Circumstances:
The airplane was engaged in a bombing practice exercise with a crew of four on board. While flying over the sea, the crew was preparing for a second run but the airplane was too low and failed to gain height. It collided with a hedge and crashed in a field near Freshwater West, bursting into flames. Three crew members were killed and the air gunner was injured.

Circumstances:
The crew was performing a local training exercise at RNAS Dale when the airplane crashed in unknown circumstances in the St Brides Bay, north of the airbase. The wreckage was not found and both crew members were killed.

The crew was returning to base (RAF Wigsley) while performing a training exercise. Just after liftoff from RAF Talbenny, while in initial climb, the airplane stalled and crashed near the runway end. All seven crew members were injured while the aircraft was destroyed.

The airplane departed RAF Lichfield on a cross country exercise with a crew of six on board. While passing over Pembrokeshire at night, one of the engine failed. The airplane lost altitude then stalled and crashed on the dock building of the fish docks in Milford Haven, bursting into flames. All six crew members were killed. There were no injuries on ground.

The airplane departed RAF Leeming at 1835LT on October 1st on an operation to Stuttgart. While returning to base the following morning, the bomber ditched in the Bristol Channel some 22 miles southwest of Milford Haven, after straying from course and running out of fuel. All five crew members were rescued about four hours later.

The floatplane departed RAF Mount Batten at 2100LT on a maritime patrol flight. While returning to base at night, the airplane overshot the flare path and crashed on rocks at Milford Haven. Three pilots were seriously injured while nine other crew members were slightly injured. The aircraft was destroyed. Two pilots later died from injuries sustained. All crew were from the Royal Australian Air Force.
