Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in a local training exercise at RAF Swinderby and completed a first takeoff at 1140LT. At noon, while taking off, one of the engines lost power. The pilot raised the landing gear to stop the aircraft from running off the airfield. The airplane was damaged beyond repair and all crew members escaped unhurt.
