Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from runway 31 at Daegu Airport, while in initial climb, the four engine aircraft hit the slope of a mountain facing the airport and located 4,5 km northwest of the airfield. The aircraft was destroyed upon impact and all four crew members were killed. For unknown reason, the airplane was unable to gain sufficient height after rotation.

Thirty seconds after takeoff from Daegu Airport (USAF K-2 Airfield), while climbing, the aircraft went out of control and crashed in a huge explosion. All four crew members were killed.

Circumstances:
On final approach to Daegu Airport (USAF K-2 Airfield), the twin engine aircraft stalled and crashed 6 km west of the airport. All three crew members were killed. It is believed that the loss of control was caused by a dual engine failure due to a fuel exhaustion.
