Circumstances:
The crew was completing a local training mission at Riyadh-King Khaled Airport on behalf of the 16th squadron. On final approach, the aircraft stalled and crashed in a huge explosion few hundred meters short of runway. The aircraft was destroyed and all eight occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
It is believed that the aircraft stalled on short final due to an insufficient speed.

Circumstances:
Following a night takeoff at Madinah-Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport, while climbing, one of the engine caught fire and exploded. The crew was unable to attempt an emergency landing and the airplane crashed in flames in a desert area located near the airport. All 89 occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
Engine fire and explosion on takeoff for unknown reasons.
