Circumstances:
The airplane was completing a mail flight on behalf of the Kurierstaffel 110 when it crashed in hilly terrain near Petzer (now Pec pod Sněžkou). Three crew members were killed and a fourth was injured.

Circumstances:
En route from Brno to Prague, the pilot encountered poor weather conditions and low visibility due to fog. He followed a circuit for a half an hour and eventually attempted an emergency landing in an open field. All six occupants evacuated safely and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
While cruising at a height of about 50 metres, the engine failed. The pilot attempted to make an emergency landing when the airplane stalled and crashed in an open field located in Královec. The radio navigator was killed while the pilot was injured. The aircraft was destroyed.
